As one of the Partners and the Broker of Record for Urban Real Estate Services, Eric will be involved in the residential resale business for URES. Eric will also oversee the Commercial Real Estate and Urban New Homes Sales and Marketing divisions of the company. Eric's career in San Diego has included working for the Irvine Company's home building division, Pacific Scene Development and teaching a real estate development analysis class in University of California's Extension program. Eric has served on several charitable and association boards, including the Building Industry Association of San Diego. |

Mr. Harmer is a specialist in working with Government and Private entities for the development of Urban, Infill, Transit, and Affordable Housing properties. |
Mr. Harmer previously served as President of California Pacific Homes of San Diego, which planned and managed the building of the 1,250 unit urban master-planned community of "Stonecrest Village" in San Diego. For six years prior to joining California Pacific Homes, Harmer was the Senior Vice President of McKellar Communities. He was actively involved in developing the award-winning project "Renaissance-La Jolla", a 2,500-Unit Urban master-planned community in San Diego. |
Earlier, Harmer was the Chief Executive Officer for two Utah homebuilding companies, developing single-family and multi-family homes as well as commercial, retail and office complexes, while serving ten years as an elected member of the Utah House of Representatives. |

Becky Wissbaum-Harmer, Partner: Becky is no stranger to the Downtown San Diego real estate market. She brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Becky is a previous Manager of the Commercial Offices of Commonwealth Land Title where she was responsible for closing multi-state transactions, large acquisition and financing escrows for downtown development projects. In addition, Becky managed the sale-out escrows for major projects such as Horizons, Village Walk, Renaissance, Parkloft, Park Laurel and City Walk, all located in Downtown San Diego.
